Work behind the scenes (Ruth 1)
As we learnt from 1 Samuel this morning, God is still working, even in the darkest times. A few years before Samuel, in the times of the Judges, this remarkable story of a young woman committing herself to God’s people begins. Ruth, constantly referred to as a Moabite, joins the Israelites and becomes part of God’s big story.
