Turn to me and be saved (Verse of Year)
The unique God of the universe is appealing to us to listen and challenging us to speak. In thinking again about our verse of the year for 2013, we looked at the heart of the appeal from this God to turn aside from whatever we had been following as our God and as our salvation.
God would raise up a Messiah Cyrus to save the Jews from exile. He has sent a Messiah Jesus to save anyone who turns idols and puts their trust in him.
