What next?

Find out more about Christianity and explore the big issues with life.

Christianity teaches us that it’s okay to not be okay and that God meets you where you are. Have you heard or seen something which has prompted you to explore the Christian faith or find answers to the deeper questions of life? Then you are welcome here.

What is Christianity?

The message at the heart of Christianity is pretty simple. This three-minute video introduces what it’s all about.

Here are a few things you can do next

Read the Bible

Why not read Luke’s story of the life of Jesus (called a gospel)? You can do this for free by downloading a Bible app. We suggest you search for the YouVersion app in the Apple Store or Google Play store. Then download the NIV Anglicised translation and search for Luke. You can also listen to actor David Suchet, himself a Christian, read the text out.

Sometimes it’s easier to read the Bible with someone else, and we’d love to do this with you. Get in touch with us at ask@cchh.org.uk.

Talk to someone

We’re offering a no strings attached, friendly chat to anyone who’d like to talk. Simply send us an email and someone will call, text or email you at a time of your choosing.

Attend a Christianity Explored course

Christianity Explored is a seven-session course that gives people the time and space to think about the big questions of life and to explore the life of the man at the heart of the Christian faith.

We’d love for you to join us as we explore Mark’s Gospel together. We’ll find out who Jesus is, why he came and what it means to follow him.

We’re currently hosting these online so you can join us from the comfort of your own home. During each session, we’ll watch a short film (an example below) or listen to a short talk.

Here is the first episode of the Christianity Explored course

What better time than now to ponder the Christian faith. Throughout the course, you are free to ask any question you want. You’ll also meet other people who are on a similar journey to you.

and we’ll be in touch with information about the next course we’re running
