The Background
God has taught me many lessons over the last year, but the biggest has been that I need to swallow my pride and rely on him to provide for all my needs both physical and spiritual. For my sanctification, God allowed me to go through a time of deep anxiety which affected every area of my life and many times prevented me from even leaving my home. I had to submit to God’s plan, to his timing, to his control over the little things, and learn to find my rest in him alone. Sometimes we have to be broken down in order to be built up again the right way – in Christ. He is the only firm foundation on whom we can stand, and this is a truth that we have to preach to ourselves everyday! – Josh
