For those of you who have smart devices such as an iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch or an Android phones, you may be interested to know there is an application for the “Explore” Notes produced by the Good Book Company. It comes with Time with God pre-installed, so as soon as you download it, you can start using it to read the Bible. All relevant Bible text is included within the App (including cross-references) and once you’ve downloaded it, you don’t need to be connected to the Internet to use it. Jonah protests at the mercy of God to the Ninevites but he’s more than happy when God’s mercy helps him with some shade.
